Hub2Readers is a brand operated by Cubiqhub Arena.
Hub2Readers provides library and self-study-center management software to businesses in India. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Data we process
- Library owner account: name, business name, email, phone, city/state/pincode, and verification documents you upload.
- Student records entered by libraries: name, phone, guardian phone, address, exam goal, ID documents, attendance and fee records. Libraries are the owners of this data; we process it on their instruction.
- Messaging: WhatsApp conversations exchanged through the connected business number, used to deliver the service (fee reminders, receipts, attendance alerts, AI assistant replies).
- Technical: IP address, browser type and security events (login attempts) for fraud and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate the platform, deliver notifications, process subscription billing, provide support, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use student data for advertising.
Sub-processors
WhatsApp Business API (Meta) for messaging, our communication partner Omixo for channel delivery, AI providers for assistant replies, payment gateways chosen by each library for collecting fees, and our hosting provider in India.
Retention and your rights

Security
Encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted backups, per-tenant data isolation, captcha and lockout on logins, and audit logging of administrative actions.
