The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely.
Premium subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the running period once the service has been used.
If Premium features could not be activated due to a fault on our side, we refund the affected period in full within 7 working days.
Duplicate or failed payments are refunded automatically by the payment gateway; contact us if not credited within 7 working days.
Usage-based charges (WhatsApp/voice) already consumed are not refundable.

Refunds are issued by Cubiqhub Arena to the original payment method.
