Hub2Readers is a brand operated by Cubiqhub Arena.
These terms are an agreement between you and Cubiqhub Arena, the operator of Hub2Readers.
- Service: Hub2Readers is software for managing libraries/self-study centers. The Free plan is offered at no cost with a student limit; Premium adds automation and is billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Your account: You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for your login credentials, and for the lawful use of student data you upload.
- Student data: You remain the controller of your students' data. You confirm you have the right to collect it and to send them service messages.
- Messaging: WhatsApp delivery is subject to Meta's policies and per-message/session charges where applicable. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by the provider or by template rejection.
- Payments: Student fees are collected through your own payment gateway and settle directly to your account. Platform subscription fees are payable to us as invoiced.
- Acceptable use: No spam, no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or overload the platform, no resale without written permission.
- Availability: We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; planned maintenance is notified where possible.
- Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or policy violation. Your data remains available for export for 30 days thereafter.
- Liability: Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.
- Changes: Terms and pricing may change with notice on this page or by email/WhatsApp.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
